The joys of morning sickness

Everytime I'm pregnant I get horrible morning sickness. I've been through this seven times now. Right now I'm trying the B6 and half a unisom combo to see if it helps. Did any of you have morning sickness? If so was there anything that worked for you that you would recommend?

ah ha..uh huh..yeah.

Sickness. Ok, so I did a bit with #1, I would eat saltines or suck on a lollipop. Sorry :( it's so not fun.

On the plus side I'll have you know your butterflies look GINORMOUS.

Phenegran. There's no award for puking and not taking meds for it. :) And an IV here and there helps too, once you're dehydrated it's hard to get back up to hydrated sufficiently. Also, my doctor offers SHOTS of B6 and it REALLY helps, MUCH more then pills.

I hope you find something that works for you, hyperemesis stinks!

Sorry Stace. I was only a little sick with all of mine. So all I can say is Call me!

eating Breakfast Jacks from Jack in the box helped me a bunch.

I know it sounds crazy but they really helped

I too get really bad morning sickness and with both kids i did the Bendoxie (a combo of the unisom and b6) and with Tanner I had phenegran when needed if the Bendoxie didn't work. With me I had to take it at night to curve the sickness the next day and if I didn't take it at night then I was super sick the next day. I hope that are able to get some relief soon!!

Thanks for the ideas all.

I took the unisom/B5 combo last night and it seemed to help today. I've had my queasy moments but if I continue to have days like this I won't complain..much. ;)

Obviously I meant B6. For those of you thinking that B5 is better idea.

I barfed all the way until I delivered Infidel Offspring Number One. Seriously, I'm pushing her out at one end and barfing into a bucket being held by a nurse at the other end.

I don't take anything that's not all-natural during pregnancies. So I just suffered through morning sickness and cold/flu stuff.

I hope you are feeling better now Stace.

I had it bad with all of my pregnancies. I couldn't stand the smell of fried food, so I roasted and grilled a lot, sometimes all you can do is find a few foods you can stand and stick with those. Also, take your vitamins! I had to take mine after I ate or up they'd come!
