Update

I was supposed to see 4 houses on Friday but 2 of the owners were being difficult and told my agent we couldn't see them until this week. The first house I saw was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in the Ranches. It has an unfinished basement so we could add on to it and it is very clean and well maintained. That is the house that we are going to put an offer on today.

The next 2 homes were in Eagle Mountain which is about 20 minutes from where we live now. Neither of them appealed to me at all. The first one looks nice on the outside but the inside needs a lot of work. The second one has 4 bedrooms but only 2 of the bedrooms are upstairs and I know Josh and Brianna would not want to sleep down there by themselves. I wasn't very comfortable in the neighborhood either. Then to top things off Josh and Brianna fell into one of the window wells of that home. Josh was trying to throw a phone book in there and Brianna went over and pushed him. Josh lost his balance which she wasn't expecting and they both fell in. Josh caught himself and landed on his feet but Brianna went in head first and flipped over to her back. I put the baby seat down and pulled Josh out while my agent grabbed Brianna. They were both in hysterics, and it was hard to calm them down to find out if they were hurt. Brianna had a huge goose egg on her head and Josh hit his head but it could have been a lot worse. It scared them a lot, they were shaking pretty bad when I put them in the van. I was shaking too,I couldn't hardly fasten Brady's seat belt. Poor Brianna felt really bad,she wasn't doing it to be mean, she was just playing around. At least they learned their lesson. (I hope!)

Anyway I will know tomorrow afternoon if the offer is accepted. Wish me luck!

LOL sorry about the incident but ya know that is a good thing that you might want to know about that before you bought the house.
