Hallelujah!

I survived the move to the new house! ;) It's so nice to have so much more room. I have the kitchen un-packed and most of the bathrooms. Now I need to work on my bedroom and the family room.

It's been an adjustment for the kids. They love the new house, but they have been having a hard time sleeping because it's different. Camden had a better night last night, but it has been really difficult for him. His schedule is off and he always looks around the room like he's wondering,"where I am?..how did I get here?". I have to drive Josh to school now and since Bri sleeps later, I have to wake her up. (which she just loves!)

I've been trying to catch up on the 70 emails I had when I got back online. I feel out of touch with everything,I didn't get online until Monday. It was really weird! ;) I've got a lot of blogs to catch up on so be patient with me. Adam is gone for a few days so I probably won't be on much. Thanks for all the help from the fam and the well wishes from everyone else. :)

congrats! good luck with the transition. They are pretty resilient though, so I know when we moved to another state two years ago, it took about 2 months, but things are smooth sailing now.

glad you have a bigger kitchen

I'm so glad you're back--and sorry that the kids are having kind of a hard adjustment. But I'm glad you have such a big house now. Hope the unpacking keeps going well. I remember it felt like it would be years until I got it done....but soon everything will be in place. Lubs, lubs!

I'm glad you have more space! I liked the house when I lived there. Good luck with the adjustment, that can be tough, especially with hubband gone. So sorry! Hope it all goes well.

Lubs!

Glad to hear you're getting settled. It is nice to have more space to spread out in. I was especially pleased, surprised, and relieved to have the family room set up for the family birthday party. I couldn't believe how sane it was with the grandkids downstairs and us upstairs. Yay! for more space!

YAY! Stacey survived! :D

Last time I moved was over 13 years ago. The day of the move my baby was very sick and needed breathing treatments for croup. I had a freshly broken wrist from falling off a ladder because I'm foolish. The whole thing very nearly did me in, haha! :D

You are doing GREAT, getting so much unpacking done already! Enjoy all the space! I hope the kids adjust quickly and sleep well! :)
