Christmas Decor

I almost didn't put anything out but the kids were so excited,I didn't want to make them sad. It's pretty sparse since we are moving after the end of the year. Yes,I'm lazy..so what? :P

See that little guy by the tree? He is the reason there are no ornaments on the bottom of the tree.

Ha-ha with the toddler-in-reach ornament problem.. :) Too cute!

It's good you decorated. It's fun for the kids.. and makes things seem normal and calm.

I love all of the handmade stuff you have.. The stockings and snowman's are precious!

I totally get the no decorations below a certain level on the tree. This year we got the shatter proof bulbs, none have broken, but we are missing a few from being played with while I wasn't looking.

I fondly remember the days of no ornaments on the bottom half of the tree. They will again come around as grandchildren come.

Glad you got some Christmas up. Where are you moving to again? Is it far from me? I needs to see you again.

heyyyy, I'll pack for you if you come decorate for me! ;) I'm kinda glad Porter doesn't crawl yet... I like to enjoy just one more year with all my ornaments hung all over the tree. Loooove the "joy" and "peace" blocks. Did you make em?

Ailinh - You have a deal!
My MIL gave me the "joy" and "peace" blocks.

yeah, it took us twice as long to decorate the tree cause eli wanted to play with the "balls."

and yes, we got the plastic ones, cause we lost a few precious ornaments last year.

captcha: catool - a cat that you can use to do things for you, even though you really don't like it. NOTE, This exists in theory only. no cat that fits this description has ever been seen.

Are you sure your MIL gave you the "Joy" and "Peace" blocks? She has no memory of it (so what else is new?)

Loved the picture of Camden reaching up for the ornaments that are just out of reach. :) It must make you nuts to come to our house! Most of my ornaments are plastic. I'm not worried about any that get broken I just wouldn't want him to pull the tree over on himself.

I too love the pic with Camden reaching for the ornaments! Fortunately I have all plastic ornaments on the bottom of the tree, and I have lost several of those already. The tree will likely be depopulated half way down by the time Christmas comes. Oh well, kids sure are cute! Love the other decorations as well!

Cute decorations Stace. I love the purple on the tree. Purple always reminds me of you. Love the pic of Cam as well!
