I was shopping in the baby section of Target today. At the end of one of the aisles,I see some small packages of diapers. As I look closer I realize that they are Pampers Designer Diapers by Cynthia Rowley.
"Only $15.99 for 26 diapers! What a bargain!"
Except not really, considering I had a box of 84 diapers for Camden for $19.
It seems like a big waste to me for a few reasons.
~These diapers won't make the poop prettier.
~They won't make the poop smell better.
~There is nothing designer about poop.
The End.

Countdown to Baby S!
Only 5 days left until I see my baby girl!! WOO HOO!!!
In case you can't tell,I'm a little excited. I've been cleaning a little bit every day since that's all I can handle at this point. My kitchen is really clean (if you don't look at the floor) but the bathrooms are another story. The kids' rooms are clean, the laundry is folded and put away in their dresser drawers. It's been so long since I folded laundry that the kids are confused because they don't have to dig through baskets of clothes. Sad but true.
I took the kids shopping and they put hats on Camden to entertain themselves. I had to take pictures and capture my dashing guy!
Just 5 more days! :)

So close...yet so far
As of today,I have 2 weeks left until my C-section. When I have nights like last night,it seems so much longer. For the past 4 nights,I've had pelvic and leg pain. As soon as I lay down,I hurt so bad I have to get back up. I have not been able to fall asleep until 1 or 2 in the morning. Now is when I need sleep and I just can't get it. :(
The baby's room is all cleaned up and ready now. If only the rest of the house was so clean.
I bought these darling outfits last week. There was a big sale with 40% off clearance prices. I scored all of them for $14. Sweet! (and thanks to my sister for letting me know about the sale) :D
I have onesies, outfits, diapers, car seat, swing and bouncer. Now I just need a sweet little baby to put in them! :)

Hanging in there
I had a doctor's appointment yesterday. All is well even though the doctor is predicting an 8 lb baby. Just 3 more weeks!
Although on days like yesterday,it feels like an eternity. Dang braxton hicks pains.

Good News/ Bad News
Good news - I had my 34 week check up today and all is well with the little peanut.
(could-have-been) Bad news - My c-section was not scheduled at the hospital. Luckily there was an opening on the day I wanted. Just 5 more weeks!
Good news - My mom tended the kids for me so I could actually talk to the doctor without interruptions.
Bad news - My tire was flat this morning for the second time in 2 weeks. :( I hope it can be patched and it doesn't have to be replaced yet.
Good news - I bought a new washer today which means no more leaks all over the laundry room floor.
Bad news - We now have another monthly payment.
Good news - The baby is moving around a lot of the time.
Bad news - My bladder and my ribs are her favorite parts to punch and kick.

Happy Belated Birthday Camden!
My sweet little boy turned 2 years old yesterday.
Karla (my SIL and BFF) took these pictures of him and made them into this cute collage. She is an awesome photographer! :)

Princess
This is our new pet,Princess the kitty. I found the ad for her on KSL.com. The owner was giving her away for free, along with the toys, litter box, carrier, etc. She is 1 year old and she is a very calm kitty. Camden is pretty rough with her,but she is getting better at dealing with his "enthusiasm".
I don't know why I agreed to get a cat for the kids...I blame my pregnancy brain. I'm allergic but the allergies haven't been too bad. Benadryl is my new friend though.
When we got home today,Princess was nowhere to be found so we thought she was lost. We haven't even had her a week but the kids are very attached. Josh sobbed and sobbed, which broke my heart. Brianna and Brady each said a prayer that we would find her. Camden opened the linen closet door awhile later and there she was. I looked in that closet twice but I guess she just didn't want to be found. All is well now and the kitty has been very cuddly with the kids. Life is good again. :)
