I've been going to Zumba classes off and on for the past year. In the last few months,I've worked out 3-4 times a week. I've been using the weight watchers diary app on my phone to keep track of my points. I'm proud to say that I have lost 25 pounds! I made that goal yesterday and a sheer feeling of euphoria hit me when I stepped on my scale! I haven't been at this weight for almost 2 years. It's so exciting and motivating!
I've also been measuring my body for inches lost. As of right now I've lost 3 inches on my hips and 3 inches on my waist. :)
I've made mini goals of 10 pounds at a time,all leading up to my goal of losing 80 pounds total.
I also have 2 other goals...
-exercising at least 4 times a week
-staying within my points range
So far I think I have done really well. I have my cheat days and an off day now and again,but I haven't felt this good and motivated for a long time. When I look at the before pictures,I'm overwhelmed at the changes I see in my body.
