Fitness Goals

Here are my goals for right now..

~Work out 4-5 times a week.

~Count calories and stay around 1500-1600.

~Cut back on soda.

In the past week,I have worked out 5 times. I have stayed under my calories all week...and I have only had an occasional soda. I'm attending Zumba classes and when I can't get out,I play Dance Central for an hour and a half. Dancing is the best way for me to exercise because I really enjoy it. Now I just have to stick with it!

Great goals! Hope you like the Zumba classes. Sorry I totally forgot to tell Heather that you would be coming and to let you in free. I hope it all worked out. I sent her and Mari a message, so you should be good to go any evening now!
