It Sure is Monday

I had a nice weekend. On Saturday night,Adam and I went out to Training Table for dinner. It was nice to get a small break and be able to spend time together,just the two of us.

My IL's had a party for my SIL,Janelle last night. We had pasta for dinner and delicious cake and ice cream for dessert. The kids played games and then we had a pinata,which is a tradition for the 30th birthday parties. It was a great night!

My MIL gave me a card which is to be applied towards my next birthday. It's pretty much one of the most awesome cards ever. It plays "Full Moon" and my kids want it...but they can't have it,it's mine! ;)

Oh,Edward..why must you be so dreamy?

It's the start of a new week again and this morning was a great one! No fighting or whining and the kids were ready for school 30 minutes early. I had the kitchen cleaned up and I was showered and dressed by 8:00. Brayden stayed dry all night! He woke up and he told me he needed to potty instead of going in his diaper! YAY!

Admiration of Edward.

My hubby called me today to tell me about an article that my BIL had mentioned to him. It was on Meridian magazine's website. The author of the article praises the character of Edward Cullen for his many admirable traits. (which most of us know about already). Anyway I thought it was very well-written and I wanted to share it with you all. Clickity here if you are interested in reading it.

~~~But first a random Twilight moment-The other night I was joking around and I said,"say it out loud" and Brianna (who was watching tv at the time) says "vampire!" The Twilight fan conversion has begun...~~~

I took temporary leave of my senses yesterday and I bought a package of play-doh for the kids. Brianna noticed it in the cart and asked to play with it after we arrived home. So I got out the trays and play-doh cookie cutters and the kids start making their works of art. Out of the blue Brianna says,"Wow,I just love this Play Doh so much! Thanks for buying it for us mommy! Now my life is complete."

So there you go! Head on over to Target,pick up some Play-doh and your life will be complete too.

Yes,I love the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer. I am reading the books for the third time. I also enjoyed the movie and I have seen it three times now. I like the soundtrack (not because it's Twilight) but because I like a lot of the songs. I admit,I'm crushing on Robert Pattinson's portrayal of Edward. I thought he did an awesome job and really brought Edward to life. The fact that he is easy on the eyes certainly doesn't hurt.

The reason I am posting this is because I'm tired of the comments about it! Unless you have read the books,I don't want to hear your opinions about them. I don't find them to be "sinful" books and I'm really surprised at the people who have read them and think that way. Some people call me obsessed and maybe I am a little bit. It's nice to find something that I really enjoy when there is so much garbage out there!

Now I'm off to read Eclipse while I impatiently wait for the New Moon trailer.

My Twilight review!

I don't have time to write a long review because I still need to do my primary lesson for tomorrow. (ACK!) I will say this...

~I loved the movie!

~The actors playing Edward and Bella were better than I thought they would be. I loved Robert Pattinson's portrayal of Edward.

~I *heart* Edward!

~I liked the entire Cullen family.

~Edward is hawt!

~I wasn't fond of Eric,he kinda bugged. Mike was a goof,I laughed.

~Loved the prom scene,so sweet!

I want to see it again and I can't wait for the next one! :D :D

Why,oh why didn't anyone warn me about that creepy trailer???? That was freaky ok,that's what it was!!! :( I wanna go see Twilight again but I could do without the previews! *shudder*
